I recently bought a tv off of them and had Butch help us. He was very rude while purchasing the tv. 1 week later there was a huge price cut on the same tv. When we called to see what we could work out, he treated us like garbage. I will never buy anything else from them and will spread the word that there return policy sucks! I thought it would be nice to buy from a local business but I have nothing good to say about my experience! So stay away and head to best buy!
